Banana Pudding Cheesecake

  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 small box banana pudding mix
  • 1 9-inch reduced fat graham cracker crust
  • Graham cracker crumbs, for garnish
  • 1 banana, for garnish
  1. Beat cream cheese until very soft, slowly adding milk until smooth.
  2. Add pudding mix. Beat slowly on low. Do not over mix.
  3. Pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Garnish with banana immediately before serving.
