BBQ Chicken Pizza

  • 1 pizza crust – can use a ready-made crust; refrigerated; or mix style (water and oil will need to be added if use a mix)
  • 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce, divided
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • Optional additions: onions, mushrooms, sliced jalapenos; bell peppers
  1. Cook crust according to package directions. 
  2. Spread 1 cup (or more according to taste) on baked crust.
  3. Mix cooked chicken with remaining BBQ sauce to coat. Add to crust.
  4. Add additional toppings if desired.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serves 3-4.
