Black Bean & Pork Soup

Ingredients:
4 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
3 cups water or chicken broth
1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1 ½ inch cubes
1 cup salsa
1 onion, finely choppedClick to see savings
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped canned chipotle chilies in adobo plus 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips
Directions:
1.        Combine black beans, water, pork, salsa, onion, garlic, chilies, adobo sauce and salt in the slow cooker. 
2.       Cook on low until pork is done, 4 to 6 hours.
3.       Serve with cheese, sour cream and chips.
