Cheesy Beef Nachos

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • ½ large bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • Garnishes: guacamole and sour cream. 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in salsa, simmer 2 minutes.
  3. Arrange chips on large baking sheet. Spoon the beef mixture over chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Top with tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and black olives.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with guacamole and sour cream.
