Chicken City Crock Pot Sliders by Merrill Frazier - Winner in the Main Dish Category
Ingredients
:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar Nance’s Wild Wing Sauce (or your favorite wing sauce)
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
8 sliced Provolone cheese
8 small burger buns or mini rolls
Salt and pepper
Directions
:
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Place chicken breasts in crock pot and cover with wing sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours.
When ready to serve, shred chicken with two forks. Slice buns and toast.
Top each bun with shredded chicken, ½ slice Provolone cheese, blue cheese crumbles and lettuce.
Makes 8 sliders.
