Chicken Spaghetti


8 oz. package spaghetti pasta, uncooked and broken up
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (can also use turkey)
1 10 ¾ oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
¼  teaspoon salt
¼  teaspoon pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded        
1 ½ cups round buttery crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter, diced

  1.  Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. 
  2. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
  3. Add spaghetti to chicken mixture; mix well and place in a greased 9” x 13” casserole dish. 
  4. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
