Chocolate and Butterscotch Caramel Pecan Bars
Ingredients: For the crust
2 c flour
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c softened butter
1 1/2 c pecan halves
Ingredients: Caramel Middle
1 c butter
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
Ingredients: The Glaze
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 c butterscotch chips
Directions:

In electric mixer, beat the flour, sugar and butter until crumbly, and then pat down firmly in the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch pan.

Sprinkle the pecans over the top of the crust.

Cook brown sugar and butter on medium heat, while stirring until it bubbles for a minute or so, and then pour over crust.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

As soon as you take it out of the oven sprinkle chips over the top.

Let them melt for 3 minutes, and then take a butter knife or spatula and flatten out and swirl the chips a little to spread them out and make a pretty design.

Cool completely (I put mine in the refrigerator for a little while), cut into bars and indulge!
