Crabby Sandwiches


1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon minced chives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
½ teaspoon salt
1 7-ounce can crabmeat
6 English muffins, cut into halves
6 tomato slices
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup s shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  1.  Blend cream cheese, chives, lemon juice, Worcestershire and salt in a bowl.  Stir in crabmeat.
  2. Spread mixture on muffin halves and place on baking sheet.
  3. Top each with tomato slice and mixture of mayonnaise and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
