Creamed Peas


2 tablespoons butter
1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup milk
1 can LeSueur peas, undrained


  1.  Melt butter in small sauce pan over medium low heat; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in milk until smooth; add peas. 
  3. Cook, stirring constantly; until thickened.
