Creamed Peas
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup milk
1 can LeSueur peas, undrained
Directions:

Melt butter in small sauce pan over medium low heat; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Stir in milk until smooth; add peas.

Cook, stirring constantly; until thickened.
