Dirt Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 package Chocolate Instant Pudding mix (4 serving size)
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
• 1 package of Oreos, crushed (reserving 2/3 cups for garnish)
• Gumming worms, for garnish
• 1 graham cracker crust

 
Directions:

1. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions reducing milk to one cup.
2. Fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies.
3. Pour cookie mixture into crust.
4. Sprinkle top of pie with remaining crushed cookies.
5. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
6. Serve pie cold with garnish with gumming worms (if desired).

 
**If serving Dirt Pie in a flower pot, wash pot well and line bottom with foil.  Omit the pie crust and layer crushed cookies and pudding mixture beginning and ending with cookies.
