Grilled Ham Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup strawberry, raspberry, apricot or plum preserves
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (2 pound) 1-inch thick ham steak
Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Set glaze aside.
  2. Score edges of ham. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side, brushing with glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.
