Grilled Pizza

  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • Favorite toppings: hamburger, sausage, ham, pineapple, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes.
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for low heat and lightly oil grate.
  2. Roll out prepared pizza dough to a size that will fit your grill. Place on grill for 5 minutes, or to desired doneness, and flip over. Now add the toppings of your choice. For the healthiest option, use only fresh vegetables.
  3. All meat should be precooked before adding to pizza. 
  4. Cover the grill and allow to cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serves 4.
