Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can of refrigerated butter biscuits
  • 1 package Kielbasa sausage
  • Honey mustard, barbeque sauce or apricot jam, for serving, optional
 
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut kielbasa sausage into 6 (4-inch) pieces. Flatten out each biscuit. Roll each piece of kielbasa in uncooked biscuit and place on a greased baking sheet. 
  3. Beat egg in a small dish and brush generously over biscuit. Bake until biscuit is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with mustard, barbeque sauce, or jam, if desired. These are also great for tailgating.
