  3. Dinner: Pecan crusted tilapia with a small baked potato

  2. Lunch: Cashew chicken rotini salad
  3. Dinner: Black bean chili
Wednesday
  1. Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with a low fat blueberry muffin
  2. Lunch: Minestrone soup with side salad
  3. Dinner: Pork tenderloin and tomato salad
Thursday
  1. Breakfast: 1 cup whole grain cold cereal with a banana (or fruit of choice)
  2. Lunch: Smashed chili dog
  3. Dinner: Shrimp and noodle salad
Friday
  1. Breakfast: Baked French toast with sweet pear topping
  2. Lunch: Pork tenderloin sandwiches (use leftovers from Wednesday’s dinner)
  3. Dinner: chicken spaghetti
Saturday
  1. Breakfast: Breakfast pizza
  2. Lunch: Reuben brats
  3. Dinner: 3 meat and 3 cheese lasagna
Sunday
  1. Breakfast: Banana pancakes with fresh strawberries
  2. Lunch: Broccoli Cheese soup with lightly buttered toast
  3. Dinner: Mashed potato topped meat loaf
