Nana’s Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup white corn syrup
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1/3 of a stick of butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 pie shell, unbaked
 
Directions:
  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2.  Beat eggs and syrup together; adding sugar, butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir well.
  3.  Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
