Onion Mix Meatloaf

• 1 envelope Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup ketchup (can use ¼ cup ketchup and ¼ cup BBQ sauce)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands until ingredients are distributed evenly throughout the mixture. Don’t overwork it.
3. Shape into loaf and place in a glass baking dish.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
