Parmesan Chicken Pasta

  • 2 packages (4.3 ounces each) Parmesan cheese pasta sauce mix
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  1. Prepare pasta mix according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook the chicken, mushrooms and broccoli in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, drain.
  3. Add to pasta and sauce.
  4. Stir in tomato.
4 servings.
