2 packages (4.3 ounces each) Parmesan cheese pasta sauce mix
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions:
Prepare pasta mix according to package directions.
Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook the chicken, mushrooms and broccoli in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, drain.
Add to pasta and sauce.
Stir in tomato.
