Peanut Butter and Jelly Go-Rounds

  • 1 whole-wheat or multi-grain English muffin
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry or grape jelly
  • 8 banana slices
  • Honey, coconut, chocolate chips, raisins could be added if desired.
  1. Split and toast English muffin. Spread peanut butter on both sides of the muffin. Spread or squeeze jelly over peanut butter.
  2. Top with banana slices and additional toppings if desired.
Makes 1 serving.
