Peanut Butter Fudge

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Pour peanut butter mixture over confectioners’ sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8-inch pan, lined with plastic wrap. 
  6. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
