Pink Perfection Cranberry Salad

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ½ pint whipping cream

  1. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar.
  2. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts. 
  3. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
  4. Pour into a mold or loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Freeze.
  5. To serve, let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
