Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • ½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
  2. Spray a cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Put asparagus and mushrooms in a bowl and toss lightly with olive oil. 
  4. Lay out asparagus and mushrooms evenly on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. 
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes depending on desired tenderness.
