Salmon Patties

Ingredients
:
1 large can pink salmon (skinless and boneless), do not drain
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup flour, self rising
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon Ole Bay seasoning
Olive oil
Directions
:
Make sure all bones and skin are removed from salmon. Combine salmon and all other ingredients. Mix well.
Shape mixture into patties.
Cover the bottom of a medium skillet with olive oil, heat. Add salmon patties to oil. Brown on both sides, turning gently.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
