Salmon Patties

Ingredients:
  • 1 large can pink salmon (skinless and boneless), do not drain
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup flour, self rising
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Ole Bay seasoning
  • Olive oil
Directions:
  1. Make sure all bones and skin are removed from salmon. Combine salmon and all other ingredients. Mix well. 
  2. Shape mixture into patties. 
  3. Cover the bottom of a medium skillet with olive oil, heat. Add salmon patties to oil. Brown on both sides, turning gently. 
  4. Remove and drain on paper towels.
