Sausage and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
:
1 (8 ounce) package medium egg noodles, uncooked
1 (16 ounce) package of mild ground pork sausage
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) carton of sour cream
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
2 tablespoon finely chipped green bell pepper
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
:
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Brown sausage in a large nonstick skillet, stirring until it crumbles. Drain and set aside.
Combine soup, sour cream and blue cheese in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
Add noodles, sausage, mushrooms, pimento and bell pepper, tossing to coat.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11x7x1.5 inch baking dish.
Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
