Sour Cream Mini-Biscuits

Ingredients
:
¾ cup butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cups sifted self-rising flour
Directions
:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat with electric mixer until just blended.
Spoon into ungreased miniature muffin pans.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
These may be placed in plastic bag and frozen.
Makes approximately 36 biscuits.
