Spaghetti and Meat Balls
Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti noodles
¾ pounds ground round
¾ pounds Italian sausage
2teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 large jar of favorite spaghetti sauce
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.

Mix beef, sausage, Worcestershire, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Roll meat into 1 1/2 inch medium-sized meatballs and place on nonstick cookie sheet or a cookie sheet greased with extra-virgin olive oil. Bake balls 10 to 12 minutes, until no longer pink, turning half way through.

Heat spaghetti sauce in a large sauce pan and add cooked meat balls.

Serve meatballs and sauce over drained, hot pasta.
