Sweet Potato Pie

• 2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 pie shell, unbaked

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, beat until smooth.
3. Pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour or until filling is set.
4. Let cool before cutting.
