Turkey Apple Jack Wrap

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced
  • 8 tablespoons apple butter
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large tortillas, whole wheat
 
Directions:
  1. Spread 2 tablespoons apple butter on each tortilla.
  2. Divide turkey slices between the 4 tortillas and place on apple butter.
  3. Add cheese and onion.
  4. Roll up tightly and put on medium hot griddle or grill pan; seam down.
  5. Heat through; so cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown. Careful not to burn.
