Tuscan T-Bone Steak

  • 2 T-Bone Steaks from 1 to 1.5 inches thick
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup minced garlic
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Cooking Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
  2. Preheat a grill to high heat and leave one burner on.
  3. Brush the olive oil mixture from the bowl on the T-Bone steaks.
  4. Then grill on high heat for 2 minutes and move to a cooler section of the grill and continue cooking for 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. Let the steak rest for 15 minutes before cutting or serving.
  6. Enjoy!
