Warm Cranberry Brie


1 16-ounce Brie round
1 16-ounce can whole-berry cranberry sauce
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
Apple and pear slices
Red grape clusters
French bread baguette slices, toasted

  1. Trim rind from top of Brie, leaving a 1/3 inch border on top.
  2. Place brie on a baking sheet.
  3. Stir together cranberry sauce and next three ingredients; spread mixture evenly over brie.  Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
  4. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes.  Serve with toasted baguette slices, apple and pear slices, and red grapes.
