Apple Butterscotch Cake
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding
½ cup vegetable oil
1 ¼ cups water
4 eggs
1 cup grated apples
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 can vanilla frosting
1 ½ cups praline pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water and eggs with an electric mixer.
3. Stir in apples and butterscotch chips. Pour in prepared pan.
4. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Let cake rest in pan for 10 minutes. Then invert cake onto serving plate.
6. Chop finely 1 cup of the praline pecans and stir them into the frosting.
7. Frost cooled cake and then top with the remaining ½ cup pecans.
