Broccoli Apple Salad by Brenda Hambrick – Winner in the Soup/Salad Category Ingredients:
Ingredients
:
2 cups broccoli flowerettes
2 Granny Smith apples, cored, diced and peeled (or unpeeled)
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ cup oil
Directions
:
Toss together broccoli flowerettes and apples.
Mix together vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and dry mustard. Slowly add oil.
Pour over broccoli and apple mixture.
Chill and marinate for a few hours before serving.
Will keep for four days.
