Great Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 10 (ounce) container sharp Cheddar cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Stem of pumpkin or broccoli stem for garnish
 
Directions:
  1. Blend together the cheeses until smooth. Stir in the salt. 
  2. Shape into a ball and set on a serving plate, cover and chill 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
  3. Score cheese ball with vertical lines to resemble a pumpkin. 
  4. Toss walnuts with paprika, press into surface of cheese ball.
  5. Insert stem in top of “pumpkin” cheese ball.
  6. Serve with crackers.
