Grilled Corn on the Cob

  • Fresh corn
  • Butter
Directions (If grilling corn in husks)
  1. Pull back husks, remove silks; spread butter over corn and rewrap in husks. 
  2. Soak in cold water for 15 to 30 minutes. Drain well.
  3. May need to wrap in string to keep the husk around the corn.
  4. Put a medium hot grill for 25-30 minutes; covered. 
  5. Turn often and cook until tender.
Directions (If grilling corn without husks)
  1. Remove husks and silks. Spread butter on corn.
  2. Wrap corn in heavy duty foil.
  3. Grill over medium hot grill for about 25-30 minutes, turning often, until tender.
