Huddle Up Dip

  • 2 pounds pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
  1. Place cooked sausage in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add cream cheese and stir until it is melted.
  3. Add tomatoes and heat through. Serve immediately. If desired, transfer to a small crock pot to serve and keep warm.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
