Macaroni Salad

1 10 ounce package of elbow macaroni
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 T spicy brown mustard
1 4 ounce jar of pimentos
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 C sweet pickle relish
½ cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste

  1.  Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain in a colander and run cold water over it to cool.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together in medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add macaroni and mix well. Add more mayo if needed.
  4. Chill. Stir before serving.
