Spicy Corn Kabobs
Ingredients:
6 medium ears sweet corn
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Lime wedges
Directions:

Remove husks from corn; cut each ear in half. Insert metal or soaked wooden skewer into the cut end of each.

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning often.

Combine sour cream and mayonnaise and spread on corn; sprinkle with chili powder and cayenne pepper.

Serve with lime wedges.
