Stuffed with Good Stuff Tilapia

  • 6 large tilapia fillets
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ cup finely chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cheese, salsa, chips, green onion, and cilantro.
  3. Spread mixture over fillets and roll up, securing each fillet with a toothpick. 
  4. Place in baking pan and bake 25 minutes. Remove toothpicks before serving.
